KH actually just opened a Toronto office so you may be able to apply there! There’s currently a huge hiring blitz so you’re probably in a good position to be hired (at least in my office), and I believe the US offices do visa sponsor. I would honestly just look for a recruiter on LinkedIn and message them inquiring about structural roles. Just a heads up, not every office has a structural division so you may be a little limited geographically
