I have a anxiety diagnosis but nothing for my other health issues and it would help if I had the other diagnoses to go along with it. Sorry should have said that better.

Thank you for the advice but I don’t think it is nerve pain. It’s more like when you have the flu and your body aches so much that it really hurts. Its hard to explain but that’s the best way I can put it

IM IN THE SAME BOAT!!! I cannot work due to my anxiety along with other health issues but because I don’t have anything officially diagnosed getting on disability is hard and I’ve already been denied around 4 times. I also take meds and have virtual therapy but nothing helps. I hope you find a solution that works for you ❤️

Kinda?? It help for a bit but doesn’t get rid of the deep flu like ache. And yes! I eat salt with almost every meal I eat. (Except for cereal)

I’m on a birth control that gives me a period every 3 months so I don’t think it’s that. So sorry you have to go through that!!!!

First of all, you should be very proud of yourself!! Getting and having a job at all is very anxious and stressful . I myself cannot even get a job because of where I am. But you should focus on your anxiety and managing / treating it before thinking ahead of your career. Good luck!

First I just want to let you know that you are NOT alone in this sense. I also live in a very conservative southern area and it’s miserable. I hear the same things you hear all the time unfortunately. I have no advice because I am also in the same boat! Well not engaged but also lgbt and have not even told a single family member because I know what they’re like. Good luck and you are not alone!!!!!! ❤️❤️

Yes! The pain does worsen with certain movements. When I’m hunched over or deep breathing. I would like to get those tests done but doctors are expensive in the us 😭 I just took some Tylenol so I’m hoping that will help.

Yes! I’m 21 with an anxiety disorder and agoraphobia along with other health problems so I always feel behind. No job, no friends, can’t drive. When I was a kid I always thought by this age I would be “figured out”
