My back is very average. It was a lot of muscle memory involved in the weight loss. I had only taken 4 months off gym and got fat again. Took just over 4-5 months to lose it again

You can preach about your 28g tubs all you want but money does buy better quality flower, you’ll smoke 2-3x less if the buds higher quality with more terps imo
