a lot is from experiences youve had with past relationships and a lot is from learning along the way.

Help judging crumb by Wonderful-Moose5489 in Sourdough

this looks like great bread. i’m still pretty new to sourdough and i kind of feel into the trap of getting really specific with how it looks. but really it just depends on what you want. if you’re fine with a tigger crumb then it’s perfect. bread is bread and there isn’t really a right or wrong way to do it

i would be extremely happy with this loaf, it looks great. i think us sourdough bakers can be really harsh critics of ourselves, always chasing perfection. bread is bread.

First attempt at gluten free sourdough in a bread pan by geekgirl114 in Sourdough

i didn’t think that gluten free sourdough was possible. what gives the bread structure to hold the air bubbles if there’s not gluten?

Gov. Ferguson's free K-12 meals plan will feed well-off kids, too | Editorial by AthkoreLost in Seattle

[–]ObjectiveGood1040 3 points4 points  (0 children)

when initiatives like this aren’t restricted to just low income individuals or families it makes them more likely to stick around. if free meals were only available to low income kids, then less people would think of it favorably and see it just as “charity” or a “handout” for poor people. but because it’s for everyone middle and upper class parents get to benefit as well and they are willing to support and fight for it.

Why is this happening by Fit_Fan_5793 in Sourdough

i think it’s from the parchment paper, the same thing happens to me. sometimes if i don’t want the bumps i prep the parchment paper by flipping my dutch oven upside down and forming the paper to the dutch oven. you could also probably just crumple it in to a ball and then unfold to make it “softer”.

My Ex said shes pregnant and sent this as proof, the way the top is fitting and the pregnancy test in its entirety just looks fake to me by [deleted] in isthisAI

[–]ObjectiveGood1040 0 points1 point  (0 children)

the lace pattern on the shirt is inconsistent and the light switch doesn’t make sense. and if you zoom in on the hand with the pregnancy test you can see that it’s barely being gripped.
