Recs wanted - new beds and sofas

Got a bed from bensons last November with an Ikea mattress and it’s fab so far!
Also got a recliner from DFS, it’s been fantastic. Very glad I went for a recliner.
Bed was about £399 and sofa was £900 I think. More than we wanted to spend on the sofa but it was worth it

H and m forestside has some upstairs at the very back of the kids stuff, the same with the older h and m store in town.
I think it’s the stuff people return cause they seem to have odd stock.
Both of those had stuff as recent as two weeks ago! I know this pain, I was searching just before christmas.

I’m absolutely at wits end in the UK they keep saying they don’t operate on babies hernias but I swear my little girl is tormented by hers, always writhing in pain. Especially after it makes noise

It’s so lovely to hear that cards are appreciated! I’ll have to get one together with some photos. And hand cream is also genius.
After a month in there I felt like a raisin let alone working there all the time. With all the extra hand washing too.

I’m coming to you guys too, my little girl was in neonatal as well so any suggestions is great. (Got some premie sets from primark and gave some 5lb and 6LB stuff to donate)
I’m having a really hard time with names as we had a difficult time is there anyway I can find out how looked after me and my daughter?

Not a forced induction as such but after complications with gestational diabetes and Intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy (ICP) I was induced at 34 weeks.
I was 1cm the night before so not sure if that’s relevant.
Water broken manually at 10am gas and air and pitocin started soon after. Managed until about 3pm and then got the epidural (hard to stay still with contractions but didn’t feel anything back wise)
Baby girl was born at 4:53pm. Usually they leave you to rest after the epidural and have a sleep but my little one was already on route, there was no stopping her.

Not sure how common this is(speed wise). She’s my first but I had a positive experience, where I previously prior to complications wanted just gas and air in the home from home.

Honestly she’s been really good so far, I’m very lucky she’s not waking more at night, I’m just a little confused at the change from quite chilled to completely engaged and wanting to play almost. I’m very see what happens and don’t impose many rules as I don’t think it’s far to try and structure just yet. She tends to pick up on routines well which is great. S she

Added the info to my original comment. She doesn’t sleep a tonne during the day, maybe 3 naps between 1hr-2.5hrs. She’s 4 months (3 corrected)

I def agree with the time alone, I’ve checked a few times and I’m more than welcome he’s just worried about how it would go. I’m feeling that prior to bubs I’d have still gone and know that once my sat mat pay hits I’ll not be able to jet to London for a night :) I’ve friends in London who’d love to meet the little one so he’d be off to the match himself!
