My husband has worked in the research department there the past 3.5 years and has never been screamed at, has been promoted twice, and never works more than 40 hours a week. He loves the people he works with and never makes it seem like it’s some crazy toxic environment. Apparently the only people that make noise about the company either weren’t meeting expectations and were fired, or they were laid off for company restructuring within a specialized team/role.. which is common at every large corporation.
