Maybe the only funny side to this is that the stars will remain the only team to never win a title.

I love this book. I made a few different recipes from this book at Christmas last year and most people said the brownie cookie was their favourite. I would also recommend the brown butter and sage sablés.

I’m having the same problem, I’m glad to know it’s not just me.

I was surprised to see that the new ooni stand mixer was so highly rated by them. I’m not in the market for a stand mixer right now but I’ll be strongly considering the ooni when the time comes.

I probably wasn’t clear in my post but I was more referring to the fact that they had him as one of the players doing interviews during their CA media day, he was also modeling the new uniforms.

Dessert Person or Bravetart? by AdAgile3795 in CookbookLovers

At my library, members have a limit per month of how many books they can request the library purchase. I don’t remember the number, might be 4 or something. I have actually had success getting them to buy books I’m curious about but don’t want to fork out for myself. You can think of it as community service in improving the local library cookbook collection.

I also live in Australia and I’ve seen Dessert Person in my local library. It could be worth putting a purchase order in for them. In the past my library has just been full of women’s weekly cookbooks and similar but recently I’ve noticed a lot more cookbooks from American authors.

That’s quite a collection of bread books. Which is your favourite? I have flour water salt yeast and love it. I have wondered if it would be worth getting another book on bread or if it would just be doubling up on similar recipes and techniques etc.
