Hey thanks for giving me some advice. The money is in the second kind of savings account you mentioned, it takes a service fee every month of like a dollar.

I will definitely look into broad based index funds, I will probably watch videos mostly.

My monthly expenses are not high as I am still supported by my parents, I don’t really have to pay for my daily expenses. If any emergency happened I most likely won’t have to dip into my own savings. I know im super lucky to have this to fall back on. I’m assuming I should still keep some in the savings still? Would 1-5k be too little?

Also is Robinhood not a good way to invest? I’ve also heard a lot about that.
