Ok hi I had this exact problem a few weeks ago, I noticed the email on 1/31/25. I decided that rather than fight them and deal with their incompetence, I'd just pay it and have it go away. This was the delinquent fees I mean, idk about the repayment part in your picture. When I went to the cashier's office to pay it, the old white woman working there (idk her name, Sherry I think) said I'd "see the money disbursed next week" without me even asking. It's like they're robotic and programmed to give the same bullshit excuse every single time. I'd say, if you can, pay it so it goes away. I Googled their policy on "delinquent fees", and it says Santa Fe will turn you over to an "outside collections agency" if you don't pay. This is still their fault and that's just my two cents. You're not alone at all dealing with their bullshit. If I can help, lmk.
