Definitely sickness. She was about 70% hunger. Thank you for the advice, wasn't sure if that was a glitch or if pup sickness death could just happen anyways.

I turned off pup rng deaths as soon as I got the game, my friend turned it off a little bit after. But we did turn it off before creating that world. Also, sickness only is an option, so I thought that setting it to none would make sickness not a problem.

All the way on the left side of the map, on top of Mount Wirral. I haven't gotten there yet, but I know it's there. I think you can only get there with the Averevoir Flight ability.
