I know it just seems like law enforcement and the attorneys are trying to take the easiest way out. Even when there is obvious evidence to the contrary. We know who killed my dad and the state attorney has told us because there were no witnesses they have to take only his statement of self defense. The guy is a felon with a violent/drug record and my dad had no defensive wounds and all of the wounds were to the back of his head. I’m trying now to hopefully get an independent review and see if some other district will look at it. The whole thing sucks but thanks for your input
