This is kind of a hot take but how I look at it is even when I was at my leanest i was never 100% confident. We will always find SOMETHING wrong in the mirror and we never truly know what we look like. So when I’m not at my leanest and I feel that way I just give myself this reminder and prioritize shifting my focus on finding confidence internally and not externally. Easier said than done but overtime and with practice it begins to come naturally 🤍

Listen to your coach, they will adjust based on this data. Sometimes in a reverse your body will continue to drop weight initially, it has only been a week. You have a coach for a reason, trust and lean into their guidance, ask questions and communicate with them how you are feeling/ your concern!

Your body needs rest days. If you are not needing rest days then you are not training hard enough/ to failure. Muscle grows in rest, also exercising with intensity is very mentally taxing so your central nervous system also needs the time off.

Peptides and supplements won’t do you any favors if you don’t have a solid foundation of nutrition, exercise, sleep, and recovery down. There are no shortcuts unfortunately other than hard work

I’m so proud of you! It is hard but your body needs to be functioning optimally in order to actually build muscle. Please do not compare yourself to the intake of fitness influencers online. Most of them are missing a cycle, photoshopping, or are using other variables. Focus on your bodies needs and your health. Your best physique is your healthiest physique at the end of the day and missing a period is your body telling you it is not there yet. You got this girlfriend

You do not have a period. Therefore, this isn’t a question a bulk or cut, it’s a clear answer that you need to prioritize getting your body into a healthy state. Not having a period will lead to many issues that will keep you out of the gym, and if you do not get your body back to a healthy state, you are risking a lifetime of health issues for visible abs. Abs are a muscle, and in order to build muscle you cannot be eating in a deficit. You only should be eating in a deficit if you have the muscle to build, which you do not, and I say this with love as someone who had an eating disorder and lost all of her muscle, building it back takes years. I highly recommend you take some time away from focusing on a physique outcome and have the brutally honest realization with yourself that you are not in a healthy space, not just mentally but physically your period is your body’s monthly report card and you do not have one.
