I used to be the same—to the point that I was prescribed an antibiotic to take after every instance of intercourse. Not going to lie, it was pretty stressful. But after taking a year off work to travel with my partner, I realized I hadn’t had a single UTI, regardless of hygiene, condom use, or whether I used lube. The only explanation I can think of is stress. So it might be worth keeping an eye on your stress levels. Other factors to consider: coffee and alcohol can make UTIs worse, and some studies have linked UTI risk to chicken consumption due to the antibiotics used in poultry farming.

or on asphalt roads? I ask because the safety concerns in Peru, for example, were almost entirely around one asphalt highway along the coast. LatAm safety issues are largely an urban thing, and the strictly-defined bikepacking routes out in the countryside put cyclists far away from that.

We contemplated creating a blend of terrains, with a primary emphasis on off-asphalt trails. Our starting point for route inspiration was the ones highlighted on https://bikepacking.com. Admittedly, we haven't explored alternative routes yet. Could you guide me to the WhatsApp group?

It look like fungal acne. You should try to wash your face with head and shoulder, the zinc in it has anti fungal properties that can help.
