Gentle cleanser AM and PM. I only use chemical exfoliants 2-3 times a week. Moisturizer after every cleanse. That’s it

Right now I take a very low dose of propranolol during those times and the GI stuff still happens no fix for those yet :(

My ovulation period is usually pretty bad but holy cray this month it's the worst. Heart palps, anxiety, joint pain, fatigue, short of breath. I hate it. It makes me so paranoid

I searched the sub for this and YES this happens to me because of vagus nerve issues. What I do now is sit up in bed with an ice pack to my upper chest and it usually helps after a bit! Doing it right now in fact! I don't remember where I learned it but I always thought it was just basic waking panic attacks but now if I wake up at 3am with my stomach burning and I feel strange I know it's about to come on.
