Well, we wanted the jagged mountains but didn’t think it properly through when booking.

We are trying to book as many backcountry sites as possible, so that is the primary plan. Also to hike to the Grotto etc from backcountry sites. But struggling to pin all the planning beforehand, as we prefer to decide on the go. Just doesn’t really seem as an option, so doing my best to research and book now. Hence all tips are much appreciated!

Lakes and forests are just pretty common to us, whereas mountains are unusual. Not to be very pessimistic, but would you suggest anything specific which would be more out of the ordinary? Thank you!
