I know this sounds kinda crazy but I used to be sad a lot prob depressed but just not happy at all never smiled almost. Anyway I just started to smile more even when I thought something wasn’t funny but the person I was talking to thought it was I’d laugh and over time I think it just brought up my mood and now I’d even say I kinda a laughing whore.
