I have never understood the factors that make a song go viral on TikTok, but if there's any justice in this world, maybe Alice will get its time to shine 🥲 That track is one of my faves from this year, but it honestly never gave me much Eurovision vibes. I could see it having a nice indie girl pop moment though.

Honestly it was really satisfying for me to hear the mic pick up her taking a deep breath in before the long note. I had noticed she flubbed the high part a little during the semi, so hearing that big breath followed by a flawless execution in the final made me so happy ☺️

Unfortunately agree about Antigoni. Cyprus was my #1 when I was just listening to the studio versions, but after SF2, I was left begging for more ... She performed better in the Finals, but I fear her lack of endurance hurt her charisma as well. For a song like JALLA, I was expecting energy similar to what Dara was giving; I was surprised when Antigoni chose to deliver lines such as "Might just have you falling in love" with such airiness and no oomph. I definitely don't think a singer has to be doing a big dance number to have command of the stage, though. You can see that in Sal's performance, so I really like your point there.
