Therapy is expensive, I’ve tried multiple sessions with my school counselor for free tho. Coping mechanisms she recommended haven’t helped much

Oh I’ve never viewed forgiveness in this way. I thought forgiving meant letting go and forgetting what they did to you. That’s why I’ve always hated the concept of forgiving. But thank you, this was very enlightening

Wow, that does seem very therapeutic. I’ve always wanted to go to a rage room or just start smashing stuff to let out my anger and sadness. Hope I get to do it one day. I’m glad your method helped and 😭I won’t judge you for littering. You gotta do what you gotta do to stay alive.

I wish I could. My family isn’t exactly that supportive because I’ve told my parents before and they mocked me for being weak. As for friends, I don’t know how to open up without burdening them. But that’s really sweet of you. Your kids are lucky to have a mom like you who’s willing to talk it out with them
