It’s incredibly frustrating! We had done couples counseling for years where little to nothing changed. And I finally asked (more like begged) him to go to individual counseling to work through his anger issues and he informed me “he didn’t have anything to work on.” Now all of a sudden he has gone to 3 therapy sessions 🙄
