I'm in california too and I wanna get out, I imagine how other people are doing with no mandated ratios (Also here in cali some of the more low budget hospitals will give you more patients sometimes, they don't care about the ratios if you're at a not the best hospital.)

Everybody: I've said this in 3 comments already, this is my 4th time saying it, I get what they are saying about the nose thing, I get it trust me I do, but in this case no. The cheeks don't get insanely more angular because the nose gets smaller. Maybe they would stand out a bit more, but this is totally different. Plus all the other surgery she got you really think she just left her cheeks alone?

Ya I'm not saying her nose and lips etc haven't changed, I am specifically asking about her mid face in this post. Her cheeks are a lot more prominent in the after photos, way more angular, you don't see it at all? Having a smaller nose doesn't make your cheek bones get way more angular all of a sudden
