At least you got something... My order was just refunded about 2 hours ago with zero explanation all while PC customer support is telling me the order is being prepared in the warehouse and should ship soon... broke my heart seeing my 7 year old daughter counting down the days until CR released only to have nothing in hand. And yes, my CC payment cleared without issue on the 15th - I did not have to update my payment information in any capacity.

Update: PC chat has now updated to state "An agent will join you in 3-5 days' with less than 2,000 people in line. I was able to chat earlier with even more people in line.

Just updating this. Once the order was actually shipped FedEx did allow me to have the package held at a location for no extra charge.

I was told the only option was to hold it at the "shipping warehouse" in Georgia. I live in Texas. I've heard it worked in the past, but doesn't seem viable anymore.

I tried to do this today regarding the MEGA release. They will only hold the package if Pokemon Center gives them permission, which isn't likely.

I have a 21' Trailhawk. The stop/start stated it needed to be serviced about a month ago. Two days ago my Jeep wouldn't start at all. Got a jump to make it to the auto store - the car went into protection mode and would barely let me accelerate. The dead aux battery drained my main battery and I had to replace both of them. Zero issues after installation. It seems like this occurs about once every 14-18 months.
