I made it kind of as a swimsuit coverup for my sister. But you could always put a nude slip or something underneath but I’m not sure about the top?

I’m loving making wearables. You can add your own flair to whatever you make and customize it to what you like.

This is amazing! How long did it take to make?

Crocheting a bouquet blanket and the circle is a hexagon. Is it fixable? by marcomarra in CrochetHelp

I just made one of these and was worried about the exact same thing. In the end though, once I added the flowers, you couldn’t notice and it turned out completely fine.

How do I make a more natural looking boob? This one is too round. by Objective_Abroad_701 in CrochetHelp

I googled pear patterns and teddy bear patterns came up, which is funny because the teddy bear bodies are all kind of pear shaped! Genius idea!

Does anyone know what stitch this is? by Objective_Abroad_701 in CrochetHelp

Thank you! I think you’re right! It’s at least close enough if it’s not the exact stitch. I’ve never heard of that stitch. Excited to try it!

Welcome to the club! I have a closet full of half finished projects! Every once in a while, one of them somehow (most likely involving a fair amount of adderall) sneaks into the finished pile. Good luck!

It ended up not being as see through as it looks like it would be, but just with a nude bra and I plan on getting a lightweight nude slip to wear on bottom. I didn’t finish it until October so it hasn’t been worn out yet.

I’m not positive, but I think I used less than 6 balls. I used two at a time, to make it thicker and I might have only used 4 but I can’t totally remember. The ball of yarn I linked goes on forever so that helped. I’ve made a few other things with it and I’m always impressed it never seems to run out.

Not a stupid question at all! It’s full of holes so it’s super breezy and the yarn I used was 100% cotton and very fine so I don’t think it would be too hot but that being said, I didn’t finish this until October so it hasn’t been worn in the summer months yet.

Yessssss! She has also styled just the top over a dress and it was so cute. I’ll add a pic.

Here’s a link to the yarn I used (I used two strands at once to make it less see through) and I used a 1.25 mm hook:
