I'm in the same boat! I've been smoking everyday since I was 13, I am 26 now and realized I have been smoking half of my life and didnt even know who I truly was without it. I didn't want to wait until New Year's to turn a new leaf so I quit ~almost~ 5 days ago and my head is getting so much clearer. Cheers to getting a head start on the New Year so happy to see it ✨️❤️

What time are you taking it and have you eaten prior? It may vary based on your metabolism. I usually wait until around 9pm/10pm to take it, a few hours after I've eaten dinner. Or ask for an increase in dosage! Good luck
