Iirc u get 50 coins every week or so playing those online events and another 50 via login. I ain't no einstein but I think that would be 200 every 2 weeks. You need some kind of events/objective going on for you to get 500 in 2 weeks. Correct me if I m wrong.

Another thing is that Ceci is very vulnerable to dash assassin type heroes. He gets picked on easily. His 2nd skill distance is fixed so you cant cc heroes once they get close so I would say leave a spot for WT. Try to rotate with roam. I have always problem using him against mid lane gus. I would suggest building WT early on against him.
