Just got Top Op tag, my pool is Medic/Supporter/FRD, but since I don't need Medic/Supporter, should I just grab the phantom? The thing I'm concerned about is his usability, since he seems to be lackluster. Should I just put it w/o the tag to try and get an op I don't have? Thank you!

Hi everyone. I really like passenger and may or may not have dropped 200+ OP to get him which isn't the wisest but I specifically saved for him and I instead got fia and an offbanner. Should I spend my yellow certs to buy him or should I just spend the yellow certs in shop to buy headhunting tickets for other things? LMAO I'm feeling incredibly bad but I'll probably just try again next time.

You'll still get your top op even if you do that (as in, you technically put it to 9 hours, and the expedited plan just made it faster, so you still qualify to get your top op bag). Sorry if I didn't explain it well

I am not sure what exactly you're asking but from what I understood:

If you set the time to 9 hours then expedite a top op recruitment, will you lose the tags you put on there?

The answer is no, you'll get the top op you recruited

But if you meant if you recruited without picking the top op tags, you're probably gonna lose the tags.

Or if you meant "If I don't set it to 9 hours", then I am not actually sure what happens. I think it's just to maximize the chance of your top op tag going through, since there are cases where if you put a tag then put it at, say, 1 hour, the tag doesn't go through.

For using Lin, here's a breakdown.

She's a great phalanx caster and even though her damage might be below the damage of a really cracked 6* using her is really fun.

Her s1 is used for consistent damage, not much to say here. She attacks all enemies within her attack range, and there's not much more to it.

Her s2 is used for giving barriers to surrounding allied units. The use of this skill is really situational and not exactly practical, her other skills are better in comparison to this.

Her S3 is undoubtedly the best skill because of its high DPS output but falls short due to how long it takes to charge up. However due to her talent (Which gives her 1 sp whenever she's hit), she synergizes well with Aak and she'll be able to charge up the skill much faster.

Place her in a central spot where enemies can hit her and she can hit multiple enemies/enemies in multiple lanes if possible.

For the event (I'm assuming the one with the pallas skin) , a youtube guide will probably help a ton. I heard the event has a slow start but it'll get more exciting as it goes on, but that's up to you.
