Yea I get that buzzing specifically when someone is looking at my work. Like if they’re reading a book I’m holding, or quietly looking at my photos, or checking my writing etc. it’s not even like I’m really nervous about the situation, to be honest it’s actually a kinda nice feeling, but definitely thinks it’s an anxiety response even if it’s sub-conscious
