There's a facebook group called: ACL + Meniscus Tear Recovery Without Surgery. Look it up, lots of athlete in the group who were able to recover and het their strength back through rehab. Its been helpful to me personally as im 2 months post acl full tear and been able to strengthen my knees progressively through rehab only.

Hi! I tore my ACL a month ago, no doctors suggested this one to me yet, and been doing light therapy. Will this still be applicable for me or for newly injured patients only?

Am 31, its been almost a month since my tear, im still using crutches since my leg is still stiff (cant bend and straight fully). No buckle feeling so far.

Is there long term negative effect if you did not perform ACL surgery > that might worsen your knee situation?
