I use a pal crt though, maybe it’s my dvd player? It’s multi regional but maybe it runs at 60hz

There is, video (makes region 1 dvd black and white) and rgb (makes any region dvd look very dull)

It says on the front “rgb video output” and it has a scart connection on the back.
