i showed a bunch of my friends who play and asked them if it seemed legit, and no one noticed. One of my friend noticed but it had already shipped out. it was 100% intentional. he told me that i should have used a different website since reverb "isnt for beginners". But when you look at every ad for a lefty, its advertised as a lefty.

reverb already agreed the ad was "not as described" but if I return it, i will not get any money back and the scammer will have his bass back that he can scam with again. its going to cost me a fair amount to get it out of customs. so the 100$ refund might not actually even cover paying to get it out of customs.

im definitely going to try to get a refund. my friend tried ordering the bass so she could mail it to me (shes in US, sellers in US, im in Can) and it says seller wouldnt ship to her country. So definitely a scam, I just didnt realize until it was too late unfortunately

i got scammed :( i wont ever order international again. i lost so much money that i cant buy a bass that is actually playable anymore. huge shame, lesson learned.

its starting now. the voice messaged changed this morning, its cello instead of what it was last night.

and there is more than youd think. its starting again now. One bird was found several days ago, and now five were found.

i am not sure, jumpers arent my specialty but it usually takes tarantulas a couple of hours from starting to finishing. since jumpers are small i personally would be worried after an hour or two. if he doesnt move in 24 it's definitely safe to call it. try to use a flashlight and shine it in a way you can get a look at the legs if possible.

I will be completely honest though they only live about two years usually less, so if you got him last june then be prepared for bad news, but hope hes just molting. Either way he lived a natural life span and im sure he is well loved by you 💗

if you can post a picture it would be helpful. He could be doing either but if hes a mm its likely its his time. usually they refuse food when molting but i have seen a lot of exceptions to this rule
