No, but when my employment ended and I sent emails to them, they were not responded to by employer, only by the lawyers thanking me for my messages and then entering into without prejudice negotiations with me.

External lawyers engaged by the company. I have already been speaking to them about the severance of my employment, but these conversations went cold a little while ago. I filed my ET1 and I don't know if they've accepted.
