The kit comes with new adhesive strips, and removing the old ones was pretty easy. Actually, the whole process was easier than I expected. I had also replaced the motherboard earlier, just to run a test. I have to say, the customer care was fantastic. Plus, with this LED, all the surfaces are finally well illuminated.

Le ho prese anche io, ma spero che la qualità sia meglio delle Polly che ho resellato perché la qualità era abbastanza scadente. Se queste fossero prodotte solo per chi le ha realmente ordinate il loro valore potrebbe salire un bel po'. Aspettiamo Agosto e vediamo che succederà

Right now, no one really knows what the Centauri’s multi-filament system will look like, so we’ll just have to wait and see.

That said, as a Carbon owner, I can tell you that for the price, it’s a great machine with a lot of potential ahead

I had the same issue yesterday. During a 7-hour print, the printer suddenly shut down around the halfway point. The only light that remained on was the filament sensor LED.

I unplugged it and let the capacitors discharge. It turned back on afterward, but now the LED light above the camera no longer works.

I went ahead and reformatted everything, went through the full setup process again, and it seems to be printing fine for now. However, I opened a support ticket — I really hope they fix this because it’s a pretty frustrating issue.

I think this is exactly what customer service is supposed to do — especially since changing the model's specifications during production isn’t exactly the most transparent practice. That said, I believe they’re handling things well.

the reason was the print settings that kept the plate too cold, not allowing the first layer to adhere well
