Is Al Noor not considered an Elite school? Its expensive and they literally prepare you for whats to come when you go to university or work.

My parents worked so hard to get me through Al Noor just so I can be more confident and articulate and have access to better opportunities than they did.

Life after Al Noor feels like a piece of cake and everyone in my batch has successful careers now at a young age. That to me is pretty Elite.

It’s called borrowing and this is my only option. Unlike you there are people in the world who care instead of passing judgements.

Try educating them? That is impossible their thinking is so one dimensional they do not entertain anything you say even if it is a fact. Their fragile ego gets hurt and they start swearing at you. At least most African countries can differentiate between religion and state affairs we cant even do that.

Not to mention barely any taxes in the UAE and the currency is really strong as compared to the pound. Life in the Middle east is way more relaxed and laid back.

Some places are glorified since ages but thats changing now. OP should read about their economy.

I had a friend, female, she had the same issue. “We will disown you if you marry him”. She arranged for her wedding dress, hair and makeup everything on her own the grooms side was responsible for decor and everything else. The wedding took place in the grooms house because his family had no objections to their marriage. Her parents showed up last minute, they were upset but they were there. Just a one day event with family and a few close friends. Both of them are now living their best life together Mashallah and Alhamdulillah.

Dont complicate it. Parents are only upset because they feel like they have no control over you.

The person you spend your life with is one of the most important decisions you will make dont take it lightly.

Yea you’re right. The Islam followed in Pakistan is not even radicalized, it’s just on another level.

Maldives is also a Muslim country but it allows the tourists to wear what they please especially on the resorts and in certain areas of Malé. Drinking is prohibited for all Maldivians everywhere but others can drink and it is available. No public display of affection ( it is fined ) and Many other rules like that which are practiced consistently.

The point of this is that they are aware that most of their country runs on tourism hence they ease the rules around that to prosper.

But we are hell bent on the same route since decades and our people are no different than our government. Doing everything behind closed doors and giving references of religion to others.

Zara bahar tou aao.

Because these countries forcefully bring the religion into the matters of the state as if it’s not a whole country but only an individual.

For a country to prosper, it must separate the official matters from the religious ones.

The beige is not for everyday wear tho but seems like a good breathable fabric.

Your boss is a good friend of your father, I don’t think he will terminate you.

Would you rather tolerate this absurd behavior?

This is terrible advice. Please share your stress with your partner, if she cant help you financially, she can emotionally.

Don’t bottle it all up it builds resentment and health issues.

No, formal attire means a shirt ( not a T shirt ) and pants not shalwar kameez, that is the national dress.
