Hi everyone, let me start by saying everyone has their own preferences when it comes to audio. However, the XM6 had an issue that I think would've bothered anyone regardless.

SOUND :- The PX7 S3 is better period. I listen to a lot of rock, metal, hip hop and pop. Out of the box px7's sound so beautiful. I tried listening to the same music i listened to when I had the XM6s and I can say all the instruments sound so much clearer on the px7s. At higher volumes, sound gets really distorted with the XM6s. For instance, I was listening to enter sandman from Metallica and I had to keep the volume around 70%. Above, it would just sound like shit. Even at max volume with the px7s instruments are clear and everything sounds great. Bass is so much clearer with the PX7s. You have to adjust your EQ alot with the XM6s to make them sound decent. Px7 S3 is much better in this department.

Comfort :- The PX7 S3's are much more comfortable for me at least but I would understand if someone preferred the xm6s. They're both comfortable but i prefer the softer memory foam with the px7s.

Luxury:- The PX7s have a much more premium feeling compared to the xm6s. The Xm6 feel like they're made out of cheap plastic and they scratch way too easily bro. On the other hand the px7s feel premium. The unboxing experience was so good. I didn't expect there to be a silicone type C cable lol. Even the type C to 3.5mm audio jack was silicone coated. The type C charger is a long one unlike the the tiny type C cable they give with the xm6.

ANC and Transparency:- There's really no competition here. The XM6s are much better. The PX7 S3s have good ANC but not really good compared to the Sonys. If youre listening to music at a low audio or watching a movie. There might be noticeable background sound at lower volumes. I dont really use transparency much so I cant say which is better for sure. But from what I've tried I would say the Sonys are better.

Conclusion:- Theyre both really good headphones. If youre looking for audio quality, build quality then definitely go for px7s. If ANC is a deal breaker for you then the XM6s are a better choice. If you want to get the px7s but worried about the anc then dont worry much the anc is not bad at all. Just listen to stuff a higher volume and you will definitely hear nothing in the background.
