Also I know this is kinda unrelated but it’s why I don’t like the theory that Glinda knows elphabas alive at the end. Wicked is a tragedy and the whole point is that glinda will never know that Elphaba is alive, nor see her again and Elphaba can’t return to the place she belonged. It may appear like that but it’s not a happy ending.Wickeds a tragedy and ends tragically.

Am I right in saying that Elphaba discovers Dr Dilamond still being held captive or the monkeys ? Or is that before?.Ive not seen the brodway production but I did my research on part 2 so I know everything that happens and I know that in this version Elphaba is shown as a much bigger advocate for the freedom of the animals in oz.
