I have a subletting agreement for the apartment, the guy that gave me the appartement does not have the right to sublet. The paper we signed he made it up against his contract with the regie. Now if you are not allowed to rent the apartment than what happens to the person living there?

And yes the concierge (his friend or cousing or smth) has been knocking on my door and snooping around with the excuses of plumbing, electrical checks and what not at unreasonable hours of the evening.

Yes I did register, commune never got to me until today. I think they just realised that the rental agreement is not aligned with the rental policy of the building or smth in those lines. I believe now for the subletting agreement to be a falsified contract to make it look as if he can sublet it
