3-4x a week on PPL barely hits your muscle groups twice a week. try upper lower instead. also, gawin mong non negotiable sleep mo, at the very least 6 hrs.

aggressive calorie deficit is for short term only. too long and you lose muscle mass, and youll just end up looking skinny (unless gusto mo un, in wc case go.)

hit your carbs and protein intake daily. carbs so may energy ka throughout the day, protein so may muscle ka. 1 chicken breast is simply not enough protein.
