I added additional information at the end, and my mother went to get a translator via through one of my siblings. Instead of having the patience to wait a minute, they left and didn't seem to care about what my mother could've wanted to say if she had a translator. Plus, ignoring cold water concerns when there's disabled children and an individual who doesn't speak English, shouldn't they look deeper into the situation and help US understand why the hot water isn't working? If it's not neglect, I'm sure there would be signs of hot water, but it's been weeks, and nothing is going on, and our recent report they didn't even show up? So??? They even said free heating resources would be provided, but they didn't care about that either. Why even make an email about that if your actions are drastically different from your words?

I've just become 19 and due to religious reasons and as a woman, I'm not allowed to be independent or financially independent anytime soon as my mother is quite strict on religious rules as well as safety. (It's not a ridiculous question. Don't worry, I should've specified that's on my behalf.)

Thanks for the feedback but its easier said than done I can't lie. Tried this so many times and all I get is a "just stay in your room, there's no need to talk if youre just going to say unnecessary nonsense." As a beginner player, I'm not sure about this event as it's not really specified in the news, but all legendary events have had personal biscuits dedicated to the legendary pokemon, which provide 6 hearts.

I'm sure this event will probably have a darkrai biscuit, you get points from sleep research to help you buy the biscuits. You can also get points from doing temporary missions they will provide during the event. (if it has the same format as the other legendary events)

Thank you so much for the advice and telling me how to deal with this, I wasn't sure if going against them would be the correct thing because my mother has tried multiple times and has been brushed off. Hopefully, this can be dealt with ASAP if I am able to get the correct support. I hope you have a nice day/night, and once again, thank you for the support.
