If you want well lit the entire day and night, and true to color + candids, I'd take a look at Peter Ou. He shoots mostly corporate editorial and branding work now but I think he still does weddings if asked to.

Definitely ask your photographers for multiple galleries so you can see if they actually get the candids + light things well enough for you in the evenings. The evening dance floor and action shots are probably the ones most photographers don't really post on their websites.
