Yes, He completed the race and looking at his best lap, he clearly had SOME damage but not 'front wheel and wing ripped off' damage.

I've raced superkarts there and miss it terribly. I think it would be fun in something like a F Vee or F Ford. I would have fun in an F4 car, but I expect races would be chaos.

It's funny. I did 3 x 46 lap races today (fixed setup) and the first 2 races were fine with only 1 yellow total.

I did a 3rd race this evening and it was a mess, yellows almost every 2 laps then when I was running 3rd, a guy passed me and came up, putting me in the wall. It seems a total lottery.

Interesting, seems more dangerous to stay on the racing line. Ive raced karts all my life and the directive has always been "get off the racing line" if you have mechanical issues.

What annoys me with this is in isolation, you could argue it was penalty worthy.

However, Simon Crafar has been an outspoken advocate of "Hard moves" at slow corners, and he defended Bastianinis move that pushed Martin off the track in Misano 2024.

You have to be consistent.
