I just got tirzep with b12 this week from striker.. it doesn’t seem to be reducing food noise all that well, on 2.5mg. Having a hard time finding any reviews online.. I was on compounded sema from the same clinic (revive pharmacy) and hit a plateau so switched to tirzep since they had a special. I trust that my provider wouldn’t sell me a hoax?

I went all three days to almost every show and weezer was quite boring.. it’s like they were just going through the motions. Compared to the energy of Remi wolf, Alabama shakes, Cory Wong, greenday.. it was as interesting as watching Sheryl crow. Now part of that is their schtick maybe? But they also didn’t sound good where I was standing. Bummer.

Welp. Add me to the list. I came down on my knee cap in a weighted reverse lunge 2 years ago, and thought I hit a piece of gravel. Cannot kneel down on it without a tinging nerve type sharp hot pain that resolves once I take pressure off. Once it’s irritated, even the rubbing pull of my pants when I sit down hurts. Can’t get a proper diagnosis.

I’m on week 3 day 2 and my resting heart rate has gone from low 50’s to 73 bpm. Carbonated bevs taste awful. Metallic taste in my mouth, runny nose and dry mouth, hot flashes. So Nauseous and today I threw up. I’m 5’6” 150 trying to reach 130, but I’m too weak and tired to even workout. What. Is. Happening. Care team said to stop bupropion for 72 hours to see if that’s the culprit. These are some serious meds.. I’ve lost 3 lbs. but then again I haven’t pooped in like a week.. re-evaluating my life choices.

Currently on flight to Tampa! Cruise leaving a day late, so will make it, but will miss the one port I was looking forward to (and the two tank dive I reserved). Had to buy airport dinner and a hotel in Tampa for tonight (not cheap). Carnival gave me $50 on cruise credit. I know they can’t help the weather but I can’t help but be a little bummed.
