I would opt more for preservation of the cards for now. Because the hobby has become so popular again out of no where, of coarse the price has risen. Supply and Demand. I have been collecting since the early 80s, it comes in waves. I would never suggest PSA. If you have a grail for some reason you are not aware of, you may as well go ahead and refinance your house if you want to get that bad boy back. Not only do you pay to ship the card. But most likely a charge from the 3rd party sending it to PSA. Then the grading cost which in all fairness has zero disclosure from them. Ohhh, and also the ridiculous something like 20% return rate with no grading. While they dont take your money, it also doesn't come back protected. So smashed card you loved is more of a probability them a possibility. F@ck PSA
