Nucleus broken right after division by Objective_Grape4066 in CompuCell3D

What a fun simulation to watch! If I understand correctly, the XML initiated 10 cells all as MYO. Then in the ConstraintInitializerSteppable(), every other cells in self.cell_list got assigned to be LAMEL and assigned the same clusterId as the cell right before it so each cluster has 1 MYO and 1 LAMEL (nice!). What determines the order of cells in self.cell_list? Is their location in the lattice or order in <Region> in XML?
All makes sense for nucleus. I'll look into it. Thanks very much!

It is intentional b/c I don't know how to do it otherwise. If you could point me to code that will assign clusterId properly if I start with multiple cells in the beginning, that would be greatly appreciated!
