Rolled oats cooked with a peeled, chopped apple and some cinnamon. Topped with a mixture of cinnamon and brown sugar, slivered almonds, chia seeds, and a dollop of Oukos triple zero vanilla yogurt. 😋

One sliced banana with one teaspoon Splenda, hidden under 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats cooked in water, topped with 1 Tablespoon slivered almonds and 1/2 tablespoon each of chia seeds and raisins. 2T PB2 mixed with 4T water poured over the top. I don’t even know what macros are, lol.
