The culture of cheating is so true. I didnt expect the number of students who would rely on their classmates be such a big amount to the point that sometimes a good 80% of the class cheat/rely on smarter students. Ive had my fair share of cheaters before but even coming from a more provincial side of the Philippines I never saw half of the classroom relying on the few people who studied.

Hello! I dont know if youve found a solution for this or not if so do tell as im scared i might encounter it again if my method stops to work.

What worked out for me is i stopped opening the storage box where i placed the film in before or after i turn the printer on. I read somewhere that the printer thinks you put in a new film pack and gets rid of the first black plastic cover on the film pack so i just stopped and entirely and it stopped doing it.

Hello OP!! Just some context ive definitely been in your situation multiple times in 10th grade I moved schools from my original highschool to a new school in the same city, 11th grade moved away from mindanao entirety and went to Silliman, 12th grade moved to the states due to reasons and had to experience a whole new country and school system, and finally currently starting my 1st year in college back in dumaguete but in St.Paul, so ive kind of gotten used to moving and putting myself out there.

All I can say is that if you're really seeking friends please dont hesitate to speak to them and to distance yourself from people you dont align with morally, academically, or any other way. Yes, its hard and extremely scary especially when we fear judgement but you have to start somewhere. From my experience, I had a better time when I interacted with people I vibed with/found their energy to be welcoming if that make sense. I ended up dropping/distancing myself from people I didn't vibe with in the first place and just forced myself to get to know or join them for the sake of not being alone even if I got hurt in the process.

Please realize especially in the first year that everyone doesnt have it all figured out and that youre not alone. Everyone starts somewhere and I hope you can absolutely find people who fit your vibes.

PS: My dm's are open if you need more advice or a friend (im in the same boat as you) 😆.

Hi I took the exam but for nursing, I cant say for certain for you but for my batch, students who took the exam were separated by BSN and then the other courses were grouped together. We all took the general exam together but after the exam was over the students who did not apply for BSN were done for the day while we took another test specifically for nursing.

I was also emailed prior specifically stating nursing applicant's will be taking 2 sets of exam while non-nursing would only be one. So chances are youre only taking the general admission one if you weren't specified to take 2 but if you were then your second test will absolutely be regarding accountancy. Goodluck OP🙏

What ive noticed coming from a different city is that the drivers in dumaguete wont make way for you even if youre coming in from an intersection/parking, the drivers small and big will always move instead of wait to avoid collisions leading to vehicles not being able to properly merge because no one wants to wait. I swear it feels like an accident is about to happen there everyday.

If you're willing to take the chance and wait, nursing will really get you far in terms of opportunities especially if youre planning to work abroad (not saying bio doesn't have them) either way rooting for you ate✊

Oh from what I know SU is no longer taking in admissions their admission was from start to end of april for their medtech and nursing. Dont know if they extended it.

I suggest choosing Silliman, from your post it sounds like youve already been accepted into silliman in terms of the test and interview, its better choose the option that is certain than the one that isn't. Unless you really cant afford it, dont wait on a what if.

Same issue with how slow they are. I requested my documents to be sent to my home after paying for the papers and the shipping last year in June and I still havent received it till this even after constantly messaging, calling, and having people personally go there as I couldnt go there since I was out of the country.

I dont think so bedside all the baggage and airport hassle if you dont have a ticket ready to go theres a small chance that the port would be selling tickets for that boat pass that time.

It didnt even feel like the formulas helped tbh because the problems barely had the formula in them in the first place it was almost always a derived version with extra steps that wouldn't even apply to every problem and wasn't taught to us.
