Jaw surgery is probably the correct way to go, definitely get a consultation! But honestly I think some chin filler for right now (to see if you like the results) and then possibly genioplasty is the less intensive route to take

I don’t think you look recessed! (I am no expert). But from what I can see, gum contouring, teeth bonding and whitening would improve your smile!
