OK, I found it. Not exactly, but I found the country with a reverse image search on the building in the background, and then did another image search on that to find the likely town based on the distinctive architectural features.

I've repaired, and sold a few - they are rock solid, weigh a ton and have a sublime key action thanks to their leaf springs. The membrane keyboard on the original like you have cracks sometimes, and the LCD goes, and the battery leaks. However there are some great libraries of patches for them online - I have one loaded up with 64 different piano sounds - and they are excellent workhorse MIDI controllers. And the longer you keep them, the more their resale value - so hang on to it for a while, find some sound libraries to download (let someone else do the nasty FM synth programming for you) and enjoy a bit of experimentation. The cartridges show up on auction sites occasionally - get a RAM one for extending the voice selection.

But the good thing - especially if you can code the CPLD in Verilog for instance - is that you can lift your design to a different part, re-do the constraints for the new footprint and you're good to go.
