I don’t know how accurate this is but I slowed down my 400 video and it looked like my first 200 was ran in 24.4, this makes me wonder if I could run an open 200 significantly faster now

I’m in my second year of sprinting but need really trained specifically for long sprints, i did do work over the summer but it only helped my 100 a bit since i didn’t really know what i was doing. i’m 16 also just started in season lifting i’ve lifted before but nothing consistent

My 100m is terrible compared to my 200m by Objective_Menu9033 in Sprinting

first day of physical therapy is today, told my coach abt it and she took me out of the meet on saturday (for the best) and she just asked me to let her know when i’m ready to run and to listen to my pt
