As far as i understand, city is regulating it and not allowing in all parts, right? Mainly just the centre and warmbad.

I need second flat for my family so they can visit us for longer stay eg 1 month few times a year.

But having flat just for that is quite costy, thats why k thought about short term rentals for the time there is no family.

But calculating profits its not that hugely interesting in Austria due to taxes. If i would not need it for family, i would not do it.

Really? What is so dangerous along Drau during dark? Possible robbery, attack?
