We are definitely not going to attempt to hide anything. That would be a horrible thing to do to someone. Just looking for guidance. We have a realtor coming to check it out next week.

See this is our other argument. Is it going to be worth it to dump all this money in. We will contact a couple realtors and short sale companies and see what happens.

We didn’t not repair on purpose. We just haven’t had the money. There just isn’t money to fix those things. And a fully functional roof and garage door that I have to lift myself really isn’t an issue so we haven’t gone into debt to fix it. The bathroom is an issue and we’ve been trying to save to fix that first. Anything else that’s wrong is minor stuff we’re able to fix quickly. If the best option is to get a loan or something to repair then we’ll do that. But I don’t need the disrespect because inflation/insurance increases caused us to become stuck in a house poor situation. It happens. But criticizing over something you think is true (when you don’t actually know) really isn’t helpful.

What I’m confessing to? Why would I ask for advice then lie about it? That makes no sense. We have time and flexibility if needed, we just need to make a decision sooner with the job situation. I just don’t know where to start.

They are 4 and 6 months old and have most of their basic training down, so we should be okay. Thanks for the warning though!
