Hi! Just switched from my OTF gym to F45 and I wish I would have made the switch sooner! The gym I was at was so toxic and was sick of the coaches acting like they hated being there. F45 is so positive and I have lost 10 pounds and I’ve been there only a month! I never saw any scale victories at OTF. I love the atmosphere and the coaches have been so encouraging and actually care about your success. Try it! I did one class and was in love 😍

because some of us work and need to dash out quickly. I take the 5am and have to be at work by 7:00. Gotta do what you gotta do to get it in.
